BROODMARES

The mares of Lone Oak Farm have been carefully chosen for several important contributions to each of their foals. We looked for correct conformation, natural gaits, kind dispositions and calm natures. We then chose the stallion that will bring out the best in both mare and sire hoping for a foal that will please you as much as they do us. We are adding color to the band because we love a pretty horse as well as a talented one. All of the girls are up to date on shots, worming and farrier work and are worked with often. The mares and foals are handled daily with each birth attended and post foaling care given when needed. Each girl is special to us with as many different personalities as there are mares, some of these girls have been family for almost 20 years.

All of our mares that are eligible are nominated to the TWHBEA Breeders Incentive Fund and the sires that they are bred to are also nominated to both the TWHBEA Breeders Incentive Fund and KMSHA Futurity all of which make them KEEP Fund Eligible
